She glances down, sipping her wine, a little subdued. Not embarrassed; not upset-- simply more serious. As necessary as this conversation is, she doesn't want to have it. Laying out the offer-- what she wants, what she's willing to give-- opens the possibility of refusal. Still. As much as she might prefer to linger in the unspoken uncertainty, a night here there, better to get it out in the open. Anything less is an invitation to confusion, at best.

"Regret it?" The question is to the point, and though she doesn't say whether she does, he may well guess from her tone that she doesn't. Not in the least. Beyond that he'll have to draw his own conclusions as to her motivation.
