[Cameron is an atheist, but in some ways she's all for the holidays. They're an excuse to be happy. Sometimes you need one. So she doesn't think anything of the Christmas decorations everywhere, on buildings and lampposts, garlands around doorways and lights in the trees. How she makes it into work without being assaulted by smooches is anyone's guess. But she does.

[That gets a little smirk and a raised brow as she taps the edge of a stack of papers on the desk to even them out. There are certainly people she'd mind kissing more than House; the main reason she doesn't want to is that she can never quite sort out when she stopped wanting to, whether she really did stop, even if they've done it before and she found it surprisingly unfulfilling. Admittedly the circumstances were different.]
