Well, aside from the fact that I'm stuck in this bizarre City, I'm fine.

And considering you're the one insisting you're a fictional character, I really feel I ought to be asking the question.

Well, that's convenient. Because then the fact that I can tell you every detail of the lives of Allison Cameron and every other character on the show could just be dismissed as a hallucination utilizing your knowledge.
