The picture is jostled again as one foot stomps down on the little feelers... When she moves back again they're gone, crushed into a thick, gelatinous paste on the tile floor. From the other side of the door comes a menacing, deep noise that almost sounds like...

Quacking, actually. It sounds like quacking.

That was another suggestion. Just as long as you stop it from coming back up. The bonus is in making the room smell clean.

I'm not really sure what these things can even do, but they're determined to do it. Maybe stain good sweaters everywhere.

I've heard that ducks can bite pretty hard, but I don't know anything about duck leftovers.

Mock duck, technically. And it's on the soggy side. I'm guessing it wouldn't have been much good to eat at this point anyway.
